Equanimity and tranquility of the soul is a dream for all individual human beings, especially in modern times it is today. The economic crisis that hit many countries caused a lot of people stress and depression due to the crush of economic burden. However, anyone who thinks it is very easy to find and cheap medicine. Definition
Dhikr is the remembrance of Allah I or can be defined as the vibration of the heart to draw closer to Allah I In the Qur'an mentioned that a man who always dhikr of Allah I, then he will feel the peacefulness and tranquility of the soul which is the radiant energy. This you can see clearly through the word of Allah I that reads, "Those who believe and whose hearts become tranquil in the remembrance of Allah I. Remember only the remembrance of Allah do hearts I Quiet ". (Qur'an: 13:28)

In a hadith narrated by Imam Bukhari that the Prophet I gave the parable of the man who always remembers to Allah I and who fails to remember him with the living and the dead. As is his saying,''a parable that is always wet his lips with dhikr (remembering) to Allah I with the person who fails to remember Allah  like a man who lived and died. (Narrated by Bukhari)
Dhikr of Allah I should be done at the time of happiness and in times of trouble and hit khusyu `and is accompanied by a full appreciation. Because dhikr is performed only in times of disaster, plagued by restless heart, the business suffered a problem, and without diseartai khusyu `and a full appreciation, will not create the effect and influence on the soul. Thus, it is difficult to eliminate feelings of fear and anxiety heart. This does not mean giving up on the substance of dhikr. Most people still regard dhikr (remember) Allah I only needs to be done in times of disaster and distress, and without the kekhusyu `an and appreciation.

Dhikr like this that can soothe the heart and soul as well as eliminating the reassuring feeling frantic and worried. Because this kind of dhikr dhikr is a substance which is ordered in accordance with the teachings of religion.
Imam Ibn al-Qayyim in his book "Al-` id Fawâ "explains that remembrance is not just limited to oral, but must also involve the heart, because dhikr is worship. In matters of worship, we are prohibited from making certain ordinances inconsistent with religious teachings in order not to eliminate the substance of remembrance itself.
From the above description can be understood that the dhikr is done with full kekhusyû `an appreciate heart and sentences are spoken, it will emit energy that can eliminate all the anxiety and confusion liver.
